By using this website you agree to these terms. They cover the website itself and how quotes and bookings with The Moment Collective begin. Your signed agreement for a specific event or order takes precedence over anything here.
Quotes and pricing
Prices on this website are starting points. Final pricing depends on event size, scope, location, customization, labor, and the products or rentals selected. A quote becomes binding only when confirmed in writing by both parties. Delivery, setup, pickup and shipping are quoted separately unless a package says otherwise.
Bookings
A date is held once a signed agreement and any deposit described in it are received. Payment schedules, changes, rescheduling and cancellations are governed by that agreement.
Rentals and play equipment
Rental items remain the property of The Moment Collective. The client is responsible for items while they are in the client’s care, normal wear excepted. Bounce houses, play rooms and activity bars must be used as instructed and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Gifting and favors
When a product is unavailable we may substitute an item of equal or greater value in keeping with the brief. Shipping times are estimates and depend on the carrier.
