This page explains what we collect when you use this website, why, and what you can do about it. Short version: we only collect what you type into a form, we use it to reply to you, and we never sell it.
Who we are
The Moment Collective is an events, rentals and gifting company based in the North Carolina Triangle. You can reach us at support@themomentcollective.org.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry, request the Gift Concierge, join the vendor registry or sign up for the mailing list, we collect what you type: your name, email address, phone number, event date, guest count, budget range, recipient details and notes. We do not collect payment information on this website.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare a quote or a gift direction, and deliver what you booked. If you joined the mailing list, we send occasional emails about experiences and seasonal offers. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also reply with “unsubscribe” at any time.
Where it goes
Form submissions reach us by email, either straight from your email app or through our form provider, and are kept in our inbox and records. We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the vendors needed to deliver your event or gift, for example a caterer or a shipping carrier, and only what they need to do their part.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies of its own. If we turn on analytics (Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel), those services may set cookies to measure visits and the performance of our ads. You can block or clear them in your browser settings. Fonts are served from this website, not from a third party.
How long we keep it
Inquiry details are kept as long as needed to serve you and for our business records. Email us and we will delete what we hold about you, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
Email us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop receiving emails.
Children
This website is for adults planning events and gifts. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we will post the new version here with a new date.
